Brief
A loft conversion to a semi-detached property located on the edge of the Gloucester Road Conservation Area. Transforming the existing roof form from hip to gable and introducing a rear dormer in order to provide much-needed additional space to accommodate the needs of the owners and their growing family.
Solution
The conversion creates a new bedroom suite, incorporating an ensuite and walk-in wardrobe within the eaves. Careful consideration has been given to the layout and design to maximise the available space, creating an efficient and functional arrangement while minimising areas of underutilised space.
