Green Oak Extension
Brief
To transform an Edwardian Arts and Crafts property in Seaford into a modern, functional forever home. Comprising internal alterations and the replacement of an outdated rear conservatory, carefully designed to complement and enhance the home's original character.
Solution
A single-storey oak extension was added to the rear, creating a bright sunroom and extending the ground floor to form a spacious open-plan kitchen and dining area for modern family living. The roof was also raised to convert the former loft into a full-sized bedroom, complete with a private balcony above the new extension.
